To ensure a smooth experience and full compliance with FTC, alcohol advertising and festival regulations, please review and follow the guidelines below:


1. FTC Disclosure and Alcohol Advertising Rules (Required)

All sponsored content must be clearly disclosed.

Use #GUESSPartner and sponsor partner hashtag where applicable
Disclosures should be easy to notice and understand (not hidden in hashtags or captions)

If posting with or for an alcohol sponsor, all posts must comply with (1) the Code of Responsible Practices for Beverage Alcohol Advertising and Marketing of the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States; and (2) the Advertising and Marketing Codes, Advertising Standards, and Digital Marketing Guidelines of the Beer Institute and the Wine Institute.


2. Use of Coachella / Festival Branding

Coachella and related properties are federally registered trademarks.

Do NOT use: “Coachella,” “Chella,” or similar variations (e.g., #Coachella, @Coachella, BrandChella)
Do NOT use festival names in captions, hashtags, geotags, or promotional materials tied to brand content
Do NOT use any Coachella logos in posted or reposted content

3. Intellectual Property Restrictions

The following may not be used for any commercial or branded content:

Festival logos, wristbands, passes
Posters, artwork, or visual assets
Distinct festival “look & feel” (e.g., Ferris wheel, palm trees, mountains, grass, floating balloons, gradient desert visuals when combined)

4. Content Capture Limitations

Do NOT post or repost branded content featuring footage or imagery from:

Festival grounds (the Field)
Campgrounds, parking lots, shuttle stops, or box office areas

5. Talent & Performer Mentions

Do NOT reference, promote, or imply association with festival performers in any branded content

6. Brand Positioning

Your content should promote our brand/sponsors/event only

Do NOT position content in a way that suggests affiliation with or endorsement by the festival

SHUTTLES TO FESTIVAL

Your house has a dedicated Sprinter for use on the days at the Festival. Concierge will reach out daily to check-in with your home and see when you'd like to depart for the festival.


The Sprinters will be dropping you to the Festival in Artist Parking.

RETURN SHUTTLES

Sprinters will be staged and ready to go from 10:00 pm in Artist Parking where you were dropped off in order to bring you back to the Compound.

DISPATCH

All Compound Sprinters will have the number of your house on the windshield. If you are unable to locate your sprinter, please call dispatch.
